In this 2-hour workshop, participants will explore how emotions shape decision-making, identify the needs and values beneath emotional reactions, and reflect on how greater awareness leads to more grounded, value-aligned choices. Through relatable campus scenarios and guided reflection, this workshop supports students in navigating challenges with emotional clarity and confidence.
