Emo-lingo Campaign

Emotions aren’t weaknesses—they’re essential signals from within, guiding us toward what really matters.
Person Enrichment Programme 2025 – 26 is helping YOU harness the power of your emotions! Through immersive experiences, creative exploration processes, and practical resources, you will explore how feelings function not as obstacles, but as powerful guides to understand your core needs. As you build emotional awareness and learn to regulate it, you will gain clarity, motivation and deeper connections. Whether joyful, anxious, or sad, every emotion carries a meaning—and when you are more aware of it, you show up more fully for yourself and for those around you.
Semester 1: Emo-lingo — Learn the Language of Emotions
What if emotions were languages—and you could learn to read, speak, and even translate them into meaningful insights? From interactive installations to expressive arts, reflective journaling and self-care tools, Emo-lingo guides you in recognising your feelings, uncovering the needs behind them, and crafting your own regulation strategies. Take the first step with us—learn how to listen to your heart and respond with clarity.
