Overcoming the Perfectionism Trap

Tired of being your own harshest critic? Ready to break free from the shackles of perfectionism?  

This workshop offers you the opportunity to break through the chains of unhealthy perfectionism and unlock your true potential! Throughout the workshop, you will gain insights into identifying the key characteristics of perfectionism, such as an intense fear of failure and an obsessive focus on flawless performance. The session will explore the psychological repercussions of perfectionism and equip you with valuable coping strategies to overcome it. 

By the end of the workshop, you will: 

  • Recognise the characteristics of perfectionism 
  • Understand the underlying factors contributing to perfectionist tendencies 
  • Explore the impact of perfectionism on mental health and well-being 
  • Develop practical strategies for fostering a healthier mindset
